How to Add MailTracker to Your Email Client

Simple step-by-step instructions for popular email providers

Gmail & Google Workspace

  1. Log in to MailTracker and create a subject tracker (e.g., "Proposal Follow-up").
  2. Copy the generated HTML Tracking Pixel Code.
  3. In Gmail, open Compose or go to Settings → See all settings → Signature.
  4. Click Insert Image → select Web Address (URL).
  5. Paste your tracking pixel image URL (e.g., https://www.email.saraftechlab.org/pixel.php?id=c_xxx).
  6. Send your email. When the recipient opens it, open alerts will populate live on your dashboard!

Microsoft Outlook

  1. Create your email subject tracker in MailTracker.
  2. In Outlook desktop or Web, go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
  3. Create a new signature or edit an existing signature.
  4. Switch to HTML source view or insert an online image specifying your pixel URL.
  5. Save the signature. Every email sent using this signature will track opens automatically!

Hostinger Email & Roundcube

  1. Log in to your Hostinger Webmail / Roundcube account.
  2. Go to Settings → Identities → Select your email address → Signature.
  3. Check HTML Signature checkbox.
  4. Click the Source Code (<>) icon.
  5. Paste your tracking pixel: <img src="https://www.email.saraftechlab.org/pixel.php?id=YOUR_CODE" width="1" height="1" style="display:none;" />.
  6. Click Save. You are now tracking all Hostinger webmail opens!

Zoho Mail

  1. Open Zoho Mail and click the Settings (Gear) icon.
  2. Navigate to Signatures and click Add New Signature.
  3. Click the HTML Source (</>) button in the signature toolbar.
  4. Paste your tracking pixel code snippet.
  5. Click Save. Zoho emails sent with this signature will be tracked in real time!
